Zachary Denny Richardson

Zachary Denny Richardson, age 34, of Lancaster, OH passed away peacefully in his sleep from a medical complication on Sunday, May 23, 2021. He was born in Auckland, New Zealand on November 20, 1986 to Robert E. Richardson and Susan Pointon. Zachary was kind, generous, and sweet. He was quick to help a neighbor, listen to a friend, and would give the shirt off his back. Zachary liked helping others. He was a loving family member and friend. He made the world a better place with his smile, laughter, and quirky humor. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Zachary is survived by his father Robert E. Richardson of Herndon, VA; his mother Susan Pointon of Kaikohe, NZ; brother and sister-in-law Lee & Jennifer Richardson with niece Emma of Herndon, VA; brother Aidan Neeson of Berlin, German; sister Angelique Kaczmarek and niece Alex Hill of Largo, Florida; brother Gary (Anja) Kaczmarek with nephews and niece Kenneth, Inga, and Jeffery of Centerville, OH;  aunt June (Mike) of Grass Valley, CA. Zachary was especially close to his aunt Ann (Denny) Valentine of Marietta, OH.  He grew up with cousins Sarah (Dave) Korodi of Marietta, OH. and Susie (Steve) Sellers and was very close to their children, his second cousins Jordan, Katie, Shakur, Emily and Novalee. Zachary had a very large and loving extended family, full of many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and special family friends that will miss him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Robert E. Richardson Sr. and Virginia Richardson of Marietta, OH; stepmother Ida Richardson of Sugar Grove, OH; and cousin Victor Norris.

A memorial service will be held this summer when all the family can arrive, exact date to be determined.
