William F. Moran, 91, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016.
William served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a lifetime member of the Lancaster V.F.W. Post 1380. He enjoyed his many years working for The Shelly Company.
William is survived by his daughter, Debbie Moran; son, Dusty (fiance, Chanie Lee) Moran; grandchildren, Christina Stayer, David Postle, Ashly Moran, and Amber Jordan; 5 great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Norris.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Moran; and his parents, Earl and Daisy Moran.
Graveside service for William will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday at Stukey Cemetery in Sugar Grove with Reverend Mark Raddatz officiating and the Lancaster Veterans Burial Detail performing military honors.
Donations can be made in memory of William to a charity of the donor's choice or local Veterans group.
