William Landes

William A. Landes, age 87, of Lancaster, died on Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 after a short illness, at Lanfair Rehabilitation and Nursing.
He was born in Easton, MD, on March 24, 1928, to the late, Arthur and Rachel Kinnett Landes. He retired after 33 years as a sales manager at Lancaster Glass. William was a Member of the Sixth Ave United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his son, Stephen F. (Connie) Landes of Missouri; daughter, Sandra Brunney of Laurelville; grandchildren, Stacy (Shane) Gibson, Angela (Marc) Thomas, and Christopher (Jen) Landes; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, JoAnn Lanndes; parents; and his grandson, Jeff Cook.
