William Lester Crutcher, age 60 of Baltimore died January 24, 2022 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born on January 24, 1962 to his mother, Ruth Crutcher-Beckwith and late father, William Crutcher. He was an Ohio University Graduate who owned and operated his own Food Truck, "Unkle Funky's Food Faktory. He was an amazing chef, perfecting every meal he created. He was proud to make the family thanksgiving turkeys and loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a very kind and generous person who's attitude and way of life will be greatly missed by all.
He is survived by his loving mother, Ruth E. (Will Beckwith) Crutcher-Beckwith; siblings, Harold E. (Linn) Crutcher, Rose M. (John) Gilmer, John (Jonda) Crutcher, Lyn M. (Speedy) Tucker, Richard (Karen) Crutcher, Charles (Chrissy) Crutcher, and James (Andrea) Crutcher; brother-in-law, Steve Wilson; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and children of his heart, Taylor Rhymer, Dylon Rhymer; and Lespa to Carter.
Lester was preceded in death by his father, William Crutcher, sister, Mary Wilson, and nephew Billy Crutcher.
A funeral service will take place at 10:30AM on Monday Jan 31, at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Jeff Smalley. Burial will follow at Union Evangelical Cemetery. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 1-4PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Lester's name to the Fairfield Co.
