William R Chip Black
William Romie Chip Black, 48, of Lancaster went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, February 05, 2014 at the Columbus Alzheimer Center in Columbus Ohio. He was born in Lancaster July 21, 1965 to James R. and Sandra A (Towe) Black, formally of Lancaster, and currently in Melbourne, Florida. Bill was a 1985 graduate of Lancaster High School. Bill served in the US Navy from 1987 to 1990. He was an over the road semi truck driver working out of Minneapolis, MN.
Bill is survived by his daughters, Nicole Noel Black of Knoxville Tennessee and Savannah Marie Black; son, Owen Romie Black of Farmington, Minnesota. Bills mother, Sandra A Black, and father, James R. Black; sisters, Debbie A Black of Santa Maria, CA, Kathleen M. Tewelow of Lancaster; brother, Mark D Black of Lancaster; nieces, Rachael Stinson, Gabrielle Ann Black, and nephew William H. Tewelow, III, now serving in the U.S. Navy.
Bills family would like to thank Columbus Alzheimer Center in Columbus and Acclaim Hospice and Palliative Care of Columbus, all of the Doctors, Nurses, Caregivers, and all those who comforted him through his long illness. May God bless all of these wonderful and dedicated people.
