Wavelene Wilkinson

Wavelene S. Wilkinson, 80, of Lancaster, passed away on December 23, 2015 at the Pickering House in Lancaster. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She loved to spend time with her family and cook large meals to feed her growing family. She was an avid reader and also an active member with the TWIG program in Logan.

Wavelene is survived by her husband, Benjamin Wilkinson; children, Morga (Thomas) Myers, Barbara (Joe) Sawyer, Kyle (Tiffany) Wilkinson, Jerry (Annie) Wilkinson, Devin (Clif) Hobbs, and Bill (Natalie) Wilkinson; grandchildren, Matthew, Katie, Alyssa, Jen, Travis, Ashley, Heaven, Julia, Amber, Ashley, Brittney, Sabrina, and Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Payton, Ryleigh, Cecillia, Kymber, Meadow, Ronan, and Nami; Siblings, Barbara Smith, Bernice (Wilfred) Casto, Richard Smith, and Raymond (Betsy) Smith; and cousin, Charles (Becky) Drumheler.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Lorah Smith; late husband, Toby Whittington; brother, Buddy Smith; best friend, Shirley Coco; and sister-in-law, Darlena Smith.

The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home located at 405 N. Columbus St. in Lancaster. Caring Cremation® has taken place.
