Wanda Moore

Wanda M. DeVore Moore, age 78, of Lancaster, died on Nov. 21, 2016 at the Pickering House. She was born on May 5th, 1938 in Lancaster to the late Frank and Clara Kokensparger DeVore. She worked seven years for Dr. Johnson in Columbus, and then retired from Lancaster Glass after 26 years, after retirement, she continued working in the kitchen at Lancaster City Schools. She loved her grandchildren and family more than anything and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Wayne E. Moore; children, Sharon R. (James) Snoke, Wayne K. Moore, James T. (Sarah) Moore, Bryon T. Moore; grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and brother, James (Barbara) DeVore.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law, Nancy Moore; brothers, Bill and Bob DeVore; and a young sister.
