Wanda Engle

Our mother Wanda Martin Engle slipped away to be with the lord on June 5th 2016 after a short illness peacefully at home with her family.

She raised 7 children and has 24 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren that she also took part in raising. We are going to miss her smile, her laughter, her words of wisdom but most of all the way she genuinely cared for everyone in her life. She was a unique woman with a heart of gold. She raised numerous others who feel she was their mom too...

She is survived by her brother, Brenton Ray Martin; sons, Brenton Anthony (Robin) Marlo, Gary Vincent Marlo, Dustin Wayne Westfall, Theodore Martin (Angela) Marlo, and Shaun Michael (Drissy) Marlo; daughters, Anna Marie (Ted) Wolfe and Heidi Jo (Shane) Woodgeard; grandchildren, Robbie Slagle, Tina Murnahan, Kristin Slagle, Michael Moyer, Jessica Newsome, Brittany Marlo, Brenton Marlo II, Joseph Biggs, Jacob Biggs, Christopher Wolfe, Ashley Wolfe, Zachary Marlo, Gavin Carle, Theodore Marlo II, Lexa Marlo, Aiden Marlo, Jaxson Marlo, Lily Marlo, Dustin Westfall II, Mark Westfall, Brandon Hager, Jessica Bailey, Jasmine Murphy, and Kaylee Murphy; niece, Stephanie Perrine; nephews, Ian Perrine, Tommy Neil and Tyler Martin; special people in her life, Leota Shook, Blair Pratt, Leslie Willis and many others!

She was proceeded in death by her father, Theodore Vincent Martin and mother, Harriet Jane Welker, brother, Vincent Theodore Martin and sister, Theodora Jane Martin.

A Celebration of Life service by the family will be held Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105. Caring Cremation® has taken place. Friends may visit from 12-2 p.m. at the funeral home on Saturday.
