Vivian Hughes

Vivian Hughes, 86, of Baltimore, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at Homestead Center. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Vivian was born on November 30, 1928 to the late Fred and Flora Robbins in Fairview, Virginia.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Joe) Asher; sons, Charles (Mary) Hughes, Ira J. Hughes, and William (Theresa) Hughes; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and brothers, Ed Robbins, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and J.D. Robbins, of Hilton, Virginia.

Vivian is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Hughes and sisters and brothers.

The memorial gathering will be held from 4p.m. to 6p.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME located at 207 South Main Street in Baltimore. Caring Cremation® has taken place at the funeral home. Memorial gifts can be given to a charity the donor’s choice.
