Virginia “Ginnie” Killeen, 84 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the Pickering House.
She was a long time member of Bible Baptist Church and Sunday School teacher for over 20 years.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Al Killeen; children, Jacquelyn Moxley of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, Patricia A. (Isaac) Zane of Pittsgrove, New Jersey and Paul A. (Rebecca) Killeen, Jr. of Pleasantville, Ohio; grandchildren, Robert (Bethany) Moxley, Steven Moxley, Cathleen Moxley, Erin (Jason) Davis, Patrick Killeen and Anne Killeen; great grandchildren, Collin Davis and Kiersten Moxley; brother, Gene (Helen) Carpenter of Parkersburg, West Virginia; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Selina Carpenter, brothers, Austin, Dean and Clarence Carpenter, sisters, Lona Maze, Ethel Law and Bessie Basnett.
Funeral service will be held Monday, June 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMNBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Sunday from 3-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
