Vickie Lynn Sabala

Vickie Lynn Sabala, 67, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022 at her residence. She was born on April 11, 1954 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to the late Donald Lee and Edra Mae Simmons of Webster Springs, WV. She worked for Bob Evans in Westerville, Ohio for a number of years. She enjoyed the outdoors, especially playing in the river and collecting rocks, as she always did that growing up. Vickie was kind and loved by all who knew her.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Emmie Jo (Dale) Meadows and Stephanie “Stephie” Knight, both of Lancaster, Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Cara Meadows, Sarah Knight and Caitlyn Knight; 4 brothers, Jeff (Donna) Simmons, David (Sandra) Simmons, Roger Simmons and Gary W. Simmons, all of Webster Springs, West Virginia, many nieces and nephews, special friends, Nancy Thimmes, Lola Scurlock, Anita Bunting, Laura Plemons as well as her Westerville Ohio Bob Evans family.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
