Twila Rose Hartman

Twila Rose Hartman, 97, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, October 31, 2024. She was born to the late Harold and Wilda Guseman on August 19, 1927. 

Twila was a member of Lancaster Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, doing jigsaw puzzles but most of all, spending time with her family. She was a member of the Olivedale Senior Center where she played the kazoo in the kitchen band. 

Twila is survived by her 3 daughters, Betsy Ann Sams, Carolyn Marie Puckett, and Cynthia Sue Markwood; 9 grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren; siblings, Lois Bibler, Janet Guseman, and Charlotte Dittmar as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Wilda Guseman; 1st husband, William Victor Bibler; 2nd husband, Donald Hartman, 5 siblings as well as several friends and family members. 

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus Street, Lancaster, OH 43130. Friends and family may visit on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and again on Tuesday one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at a later date.
