Trudy Fay Thomas

Trudy Fay Thomas, age 74 of Baltimore, passed away May 12, 2021 at the Pickering House.  She was born to the late Neil and Mary Judy Underwood on Oct. 6, 1946 in Lancaster.  She was a 1964 Liberty Union graduate and was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Church, where she and her late husband Forrest were active in the Knights of Columbus.  She enjoyed spending time with her sisters, loved being around her children and grandchildren while volunteering at schools.  Trudy’s love for life and amazing personality will be cherished by all.

She is survived by her daughters, Theresa (Stauffer) Kulp and Christina (Nathaniel Ritscher) Thomas; grandchildren, Katherine, Lindsey, and Ethan Kulp and Kyle and Owen Ritscher; and several nieces and nephews.

Trudy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Forrest G. Thomas; parents, Neil and Mary Thomas; sisters, Dorothy Shelton, Joan Huard, Marablle Powers, her twin, Judy Underwood; and brothers, Kenneth, Neil, and James Underwood.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday May 21st at St. Mary of the Assumption Church at 10:30AM. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.  Family and friends may call from 5PM until 8PM on Thursday May 20th, 2021 at the Frank E.
