Baltimore - Treva L. Kocher, 93, died March 13, 2023 at Bickford of Lancaster.
Treva was proud to be born, and raised on the Basil side of Baltimore. She was a lifelong member of Trinity United Church of Christ. Treva was married to the late Jack Kocher for 51 years. She taught Sunday school at the church for many years, and was the den mother for Cub Scout Troop 187. Treva retired from the former Western Electric.
She is survived by her son Kevin (Susan) Kocher, daughter Katrina (John) Hutton and daughter-in-law Laura Kocher Little; grandchildren Stacey (Mark) Barrett, Jeremy (Adriann Hayes) Kocher, Chase (Laura) Kocher, Lindsay (Mark) Manson, Kelli (Aaron) Leith, Sean (Jessica) Hutton, Natalie Hutton, Rylee (Zachary) Bowers, and Bethany (Tyler) Stiles; great grandchildren Makenzie, Ryan, Kylee, Camden, Mila, Eli, Cooper, Hannah, Manning, Preslee, Sloann, Paige, and Declan; sister Phyllis Richards and brother Tom (Nan) Tussing; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Treva is preceded in death by parents Robert and Eudella (Miller) Tussing; husband Jack Kocher; and son Kim Kocher.
The funeral service will be held at Trinity United Church of Christ, 105 N High St. Baltimore, OH 43105, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Calling hours will be Friday, March 17, 2023 in the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home, 207 S Main St. Baltimore, OH 43105, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, and one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ or FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, OH 43130.
