He was born on December 15, 1961 to the late James and Lillie Price in Lancaster, Ohio. He enjoyed creative writing, drawing, and finances.
Tommy is survived by his brothers, James Stewart Price and Mickey Lee (Tanya) Price of Lancaster, CA; sister, Donna Price Corder of Palmdale, CA; nieces, Kaelee, Richelle, and Daniele; step-father, Herbert L. Smith of Lancaster, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor Phil Manning of Light Baptist Church officiating. Burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio. Friends may visit Thursday from 11:00-1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
