Timothy Jones

Timothy R. Jones, 72, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away in his home on November 28, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and a devoted member of First United Methodist Church and choir.

Timothy is survived by his son, Kevin Jones and his wife Molly, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, their children Piper and Sammons, and granddaughters Magdalen and Isabella.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Naomi Jones; wife, Carolyn M. Jones; and brother, Charles Jones.

The funeral service will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11 a.m. in First United Methodist Church, located at 163 E. Wheeling Street in Lancaster, Ohio with Pastor Robert McDowell officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery. Calling will be held at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home at 405 N. Columbus St. in Lancaster, Ohio from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday December 3, 2014. Memorials can be made to First United Methodist Church.
