Lancaster

Timothy John Jimmo, affectionately known as "Timmo," graced the world with his vibrant spirit from January 25, 1966, until his untimely departure on March 29, 2025. Timothy's life was a tapestry woven with the threads of shared laughter, delicious meals, and competitive games.

Timmo's career as a grill cook saw him masterfully serve up delectable dishes at Deb's Corner Cafe in Lancaster, and later, at the K & K Cafe on 6th Ave. His passion for cooking was matched only by the joy he found in connecting with his coworkers—each flip of the spatula echoed his love for both food and fellowship. He had a natural ability to create an atmosphere where everyone felt welcomed, cherished, and appreciated—an undeniable testament to his warmth and kindness.

Outside the kitchen, Timmo was a renowned pool player, his love for the game transforming into an impressive skill that took him all the way to Las Vegas. There, amidst the bright lights and the thrill of competition, he showcased his talent by earning an impressive 8th place at the Busch League, marking one of his proudest accomplishments. This achievement was not simply a trophy; it was a symbol of his relentless determination and his zest for life.

Timmo was a person who thrived on connections, loving to be around friends. He leaves behind a loving circle of siblings—Lisa Jimmo, Roger (Lisa Brown Jimmo) Jimmo, Cheryl Hamm, and Joseph (Gail) Jimmo—as well as several nieces and nephews who will cherish the memories he created with them. His longtime companion, Donna Brooks, shared many beautiful moments woven into the fabric of their lives together. As well as his Ohio family Dustin Woodard, Jacqui Allen & Margo Irey who is his adopted family away from home.

While Timmo's parents, Roger Earl Jimmo and Elizabeth Provost Jimmo, predeceased him, their legacy continues to shine brightly through him and in the hearts of those he touched. Timothy John Jimmo will be remembered not just for his culinary talents and competitive spirit but for the deep love and affection he had for those around him. In the quiet moments of reverie, as friends and family share tales of his life, his spirit will resonate—a reminder of the joy he brought into their lives.
