Tim Hawkins

Tim M. Hawkins, 45, of Columbus, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017.

Tim is survived by his children, Ki and Xavier; mother of his children, Jessica Kelley; sisters, Karen L. Lindsey and Hope M. Hawkins; brothers, Kevin Hawkins, Paul D. Hawkins, and Sean T. Hawkins; separated spouse, Carmen Hawkins; and many loving family members and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Ida L. Hawkins and father, Delmar T. Hawkins.

A Celebration of Tim’s Life will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2017, at Allen Chapel, 221 E. Walnut St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 with Pastor Evan Saunders officiating. Caring Cremation through the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, Lancaster. Donations can be made in memory of Tim to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
