Tim Cook

Biography

Tim L. Cook, 57, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 28, 2015, at Fairfield Medical Center.

Tim was a big fan of the Buckeyes and the Browns. He loved cooking and liked to comment that he has been a cook all of his life, literally. His laughter and jokes brought a smile to many and will be greatly missed.

Tim is survived by his fiance, Doris Wallace; father, James H. Cook; children, Timothy Lee (Tia) Bailey, Dustin C. (Courtney) Cook, Dane Cook, and Aubrie Perry; grandchildren, Uriah Lee Cook, Olivia Lee Bailey, and Byron Bailey; siblings, Terry Cook, Lorie Short, and James Cook; and many nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, June Cook; and grandchildren, MaKell Jade Cook and Braxton Bailey.

A memorial service for Tim will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. Columbus St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Friends may visit from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. A gathering for family and friends will follow the service at the Lancaster AMVETS, 700 S. Maple St, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. Caring Cremation has taken place.
