Thomas "Tom" G. Reed

Lancaster - Thomas “Tom” G. Reed,85, passed away on July 3, 2024 at Fairfield Medical Center surrounded by family.

He was born in California August 19, 1938 to the late Frank S. and Garnet (Cruit) Reed.

Tom was a US Navy veteran. He worked at Boeing Aircraft for 42 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Amvets, American Legion, and VFW. Tom also volunteered for the Lancaster Burial Detail. 

Tom is survived by his wife Bonnie; sons Peter (Kara) Reed and Christopher Reed; daughter Nancy (Jason) Rush; and step-daughter Debbie (Mike) Clifford; grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by Mary (Pfeiffer) Reed; his parents; brother Neil Reed; sisters Carole Maxwell and Virginia Embrey; and nephews Craig and Andy Reed. 

Graveside service with the Lancaster Burial Detail will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM in Forest Rose Cemetery.
