Thomas “Tom” L. Marshall 71 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Fairfield Medical Center. He was born on January 4, 1954 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Francis and Lois Marshall.
Tom was a Fairfield Union High School Graduate Class of 1972. Tom worked for Modern Heating and Cooling and then went to work for McCullough Heating and Cooling where he retired. He was a former member of the Lancaster Vineyard Church, Columbus Koinonia and enjoyed doing Civil War reenactments. Tom was a former Hocking Twp. Zoning Inspector, Ohio Wildlife and Game where he taught gun safety classes. He had his private aviation license and would take youth up in the skies in his plane, teaching them about aviation.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Marshall; step-sons, Jeff (Heather) Doty of Lancaster, James (Tamara) Doty of Stoutsville, Jason (Amy) Hudson of Athens, Andrew (Michelle) Hudson of Wilmington and Jacob (Brooke) Hudson of Lancaster; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, John (Susan) Marshall of Lancaster; brother-in-law, Ken Millisor of Lancaster; many nieces, nephews and special friends, Jerred Ferguson.
Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Shirley A. Houseworth Marshall, step-son, Bryan Doty and parents, Francis and Lois Marshall.
