Thomas Lucas

Thomas Lee Lucas, age 74 of Lancaster, passed away at his residence on May 20th, 2014. He was born to Richard and Marjorie Short Lucas on July 14, 1940 in Lancaster. He was a member of the Lancaster and Logan Eagles and was also a member of Angler’s Paradise and was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his children, Thomas “Tom” (Theresa Wood) Lucas, Cindy (David Jones) Logue, Corrina (Joe Wooten) Gonzalez all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Shane and Tonya Baxley, Tasha and Jason Gould, Allison and Emilio Gonzalez, and Quintin Lucas; great grandchildren, Dominick Baxley and Caleb Gould; sisters and brothers-in-laws, Phyllis (Bob) Daniels and Brenda (Ed) Mohler; long time companion, Justine Wildermuth, and several nieces, nephews, and great friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Cheryl Lucas.
Caring Cremation® has taken place through the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. A memorial service will take place at the American Legion post 11 from 1-3PM on May 31st, on 279 Canal St , Lancaster, OH 43130.
