Thelma Diddle

Thelma V. Diddle, age 95 of Lancaster, passed away on July 16th, 2016 at Homestead Care and Rehabilitation. She was born in Lancaster, on March 31st, 1921 to the late, Audra O. and Nellie M. Brown Diddle. Thelma retired from teaching the first and fourth grades at Cedar Heights Elementary. She attended Faith Memorial Church and will be greatly missed.

Thelma is survived by her brother, Ronald Franklin Diddle; and 15 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Arthur L. and Archie C. Diddle; and sister, S. Wauneta Lutz.

A funeral service will take place on Friday at 1PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may call 2 hours prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com.
