Terry “Doc” Clark, age 70 of Louisa, KY, formerly of Baltimore, OH died Tuesday November 26th, 2013 following a brief illness.
He was born February 1, 1943 in Lancaster to Clyde N. and Mary L. Landis Clark. He retired from Worthington Industries Cylinder Division.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Sain Clark; daughter, Jennifer (C.J.) Perkins; son, Terry Lee Clark, Jr.; sisters, Judy (Pat) Dorman all of Louisa, Ky, Christine (Kenneth) Pinkerton of Hillsboro, NC, and Margaret (P.J.) Ethredge of West Palm Beach, Fl; brother, Clyde (Cathy) Clark of Johnstown; mother, Mary Landis Clark; grandchildren, Ashleigh Clark, Dylan Clark, and Cameron Perkins; adopted grandchildren, Melody Anthony, Hannah Daniels, and Grayson Daniels.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 1st at 5PM at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home in Baltimore, OH with Pastor William C. Lavely officiating. Family and friends may call from 5PM to 9PM Saturday, at the Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa, KY and also at 3PM until the time of service at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, in Baltimore, OH on Sunday. A graveside service will be held at 2PM on Monday at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Online Condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
