Tammy Lynn (Pennington) Glassburn

Tammy Lynn Pennington Glassburn, 52, of Lancaster, Ohio, formerly of Huntington, West Virginia, passed away at her home on Sunday, October 31, 2021. She was a graduate of Ceredo-Kenova High School and former student at Marshall University.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father Richard Pennington and her brother Rick Pennington.

Her survivors include her loving son Johnny Glassburn, Jr., her devoted husband of 23 years Johnny A. Glassburn, mother, Terisha Pennington, sister Terisha (Chuck) Johnson, mother in law, Judy (Danny) Harmon, and extended family members and friends.

Tammy was an avid animal lover and a devoted caregiver to all animals. She will be laid to rest with her loving best friend, Herschel Glassburn.

In Lancaster, Ohio, Frank E. Smith Funeral Home humbly assisted the Glassburn Family.

A celebration of life will be held at Rollins Funeral Home at 1822 Chestnut Street, Kenova, West Virginia 25530 at a date to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to NAMI, a local mental health advocacy group at www.namiwheeling.org.
