Tammy Fields

Tammy Fields 65 of Groveport, Ohio formerly of Baltimore, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at OSU Wexner Medical Center.

She worked at The OSU Wexner Medical Center helping those that came into the hospital.  Tammy loved her children and her grandchildren.  She enjoyed shopping, having phone conversations with family and friends, going out to eat, and camping.  She loved her Diet Pepsi.

Tammy is survived by her children, Ron (Denise) Fields of Groveport, Nichole Cook of Stoutsville and Jason (Emily) Fields of Ashville; grandchildren, MacKenzie, Damien, Ana, Izaiah, Naomi, Blake, Brody, Bryson, Kera and Jordyn; two great grandchildren; mother and step-father, Linda and Jerry Rust of Baltimore; sister, Jennifer (Jason) Lower; brothers, Don McCord, Butch (Jennifer) Miller and Jeff (Lynette) McCord; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald McCord, sister, Terri A. Rinehart, grandparents, Ike and Evelyn Switzer, aunt, JoAnn Getz, mother-in-law, Ruby Fields, father-in-law, Fuzzy Fields and nephew, Gary Rice.

Funeral service will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, BALTIMORE, OHIO with Pastor Michael Purdon officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Baltimore, Ohio.  Friends may visit Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the funeral home.
