Suzanne Timberlake Simons 75 of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 with her loving children at her side and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. She was the Executive Director for the Fairfield County Unit of the American Cancer Society for 11 years and a member of the ABWA. She also greatly enjoyed her 9 years working part-time for Myrls Beauty & Dress Salon. She was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church.
She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her children whether in Ohio or traveling to see them in Michigan and Arizona. She gave her children 100% support and confidence to chase their dreams and succeed in whatever they were doing. She was a constant source of love and encouragement. She will be greatly missed!
Suzanne is survived by her children Jennifer Lindahl of Jackson, Michigan and John (Beth) Boystel of Hebron, Ohio and Ben Simons of Mesa, Arizona. She has four granddaughters Jessica & Emily McGee of Jackson, Michigan, Brittany Boystel of Lancaster, Ohio and Erika Boystel of Newark, Ohio. She has two great grandsons Kameron Munsey of Lancaster, Ohio and Riley Patrick McGee of Jackson, Michigan and great granddaughter Sophie Rae Burgett of Jackson, Michigan. Step grand children Sandy (Grant) Geller of Heath, Ohio and Chelsea Brewer of Hebron, Ohio. Step great granddaughter Callie Geller of Heath, Ohio. Suzanne is also survived by her brother David Timberlake of Chandler, Arizona and two nieces Shari and Stephanie Timberlake of Minneapolis, Minnesota and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents H. Richard Timberlake and Evelyn Timberlake. Grandparents C.M. and Pearl Timberlake and William and Florence Hanna.
Caring Cremation has taken place by the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
