Sue A. (Walker) Hockman

Sue A. Hockman 86 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at her son’s residence.

She was a secretary for Anchor Hocking Glass Corp., an Avon Distributor, and real estate broker.  She was a member of Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church.

Sue is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. (Darlene Glaze-Hockman) Hockman; daughter, Paula H. (Thomas) Kaiser of Pickerington, Ohio; grandchildren, Katherine (Samuel) Dunson, Jessica Kaiser and John Kaiser; great grandchildren, Charlotte, Olivia and Avery Dunson; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Blanche Walker, brothers, Walter Franklin Walker, Delmar Eugene Walker, Ronald L. Walker, sisters, Vannetta Marie Woltz, Dorothy Eileen Bolden, Helen Irene Savage, Betty Juanita Carlisle, Lelah Jeannetta Berry, and Esther Jeannie Rutter.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:00 am in the FRANK E. SITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Pastor William C. Lavely officiating.

Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge, Ohio.  Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In accordance with state mandates, COVID protocols including facial coverings and social distancing will be followed.
