STEVEN E. ARTER
Baltimore: Steven E. Arter, 50, of Baltimore, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus. He was born September 30, 1962 in Logan OH to the late Paul E. and Sarah E. Randolph Arter. Steven worked for Fairfield Industries and participated in basketball and bowling, he also participated in the Special Olympics.
Steven is survived by his sister, Paula (Rod Lagerstam) Kline of Circleville; nephews, Anthony Kline and Brad Kline; several cousins, aunts, uncles, and his REM Ohio and Fairfield Industries Family.
Funeral service will held 1:30 pm Monday in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster OH 43130, with Pastor Steve Rauch Officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call 1 to 4 pm Sunday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
