Shirley Ervin

Shirley Ervin,64, of Hebron, passed away on July 24, 2015 at the Kobacker House in Columbus. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. Shirley was an active member with the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, the St. Vincent De Paul Society, and the Girl Scouts.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Michael Ervin; daughter, Michelle Ervin; mother, Felicetta Holdren; and sisters, Anna Holdren, Kathleen Klinkert, Patricia Winrod, and Penny (Mickey) Parsley.

Shirley is preceded in death by her father, Forrest “Buck” Holdren; brothers, Dwayne “Chip” Holdren and Forrest “Bucky” Holdren; and half-sister, Lois Robson.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church located at 5133 Walnut Road in Buckeye Lake with Father William Hritsko. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Vincent De Paul Society through the church.
