Shirley Billingsley

LANCASTER: Shirley Ann (Shallenberger) Billingsley, passed away peacefully at age 72, on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Fairfield Medical Center. She was devoted, caring, and fun-loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Shirl enlightened the hearts of many who knew her, with her smile, her wit, and personality. All of your thoughts, prayers, and concerns for Shirley are gratefully appreciated. She smiles down upon us without any more pain and suffering. She was employed for 24 years at Diamond Power International, Inc.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Clyde Billingsley; children Troy (Lorrie) Evans, of Phoenix, AZ. , Nancy (Evans)/ partner Amy Warne, of Lancaster, Pam (Shon) Spires, of Lancaster; Grandchildren Lauren, Tyler, Ashlee, and Cody.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Millie Shallenberger.
