He was born on February 28, 1982 in Columbus, Ohio. He had worked for Roosters Restaurant, Damons and was a carpenter.
He is survived by his sons, Trevor Allen Stevens and Brian Alexander Stevens; mother, Darletta Stevens of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Jamie R. Stevens; half sister, Autumn Nicole Stevens both of Lancatser, Ohio; niece, Kaylee Lynn Fortkamp, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, James R. Stevens, grandmother, Mable Stevens, grandfather, Robert Franklin Stevens, uncle Ralph Stevens, and grandmother, Linda Peters.
Caring Cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130.
