Scott Nash

Scott Joseph Nash, 45, after a long battle with illness passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, October 15, 2015. He was born on November 24, 1969 in Columbus. He graduated from Mifflin High School in 1988. Scott is remembered as a quiet and simple person.

He is survived by his parents, Robert and Carole Nash; brothers, Jay (Cindi) Nash and Brian Nash; and several nephews, aunts, and uncles.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Saint Mark Catholic Church located at 324 Gay St. in Lancaster with Father Thomas Kessler officiating. Burial will follow mass at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster. Friends and family may visit on Monday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home at 405 N. Columbus St. in Lancaster. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) at 1225 Dublin Road, Suite 125, Columbus, OH 43215.
