Scarlett Alice Kathleen Bailey

Scarlett Alice Kathleen Bailey, just 10 days old, died at OSU Medical Center on Feb 15th, 2019.  She was born to her mother, Kendra Butcher and father Robert Bailey on Feb 5th 2019 in Columbus at OSU.

She is survived by her parents; siblings, Izac Gatwood, Makena and Jaden Butcher, Eva and Landon West; grandparents, Kathleen Shively, Greg Shively and Paul Whitlatch; uncle, Paul Whitlatch Jr.; aunt, Kerri Turben; and cousin, Michael Whitlash.

A funeral service will take place on Thursday Feb. the 21st at 10:30AM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home. Caring cremation™ will follow the service.  Family and friends may call one hour prior to the service from 9:30AM until 10:30AM. Online condolences can be made at www.funeralhome.com
