Sarah Renko

Sarah K. Renko, age 24, of Lancaster died as a result of an auto accident on October 4th, 2011. She was a member of St. Mary in Bremen. She was a 2005 graduate of Fairfield Union High School and earned her Associates Degree from Ohio University Lancaster. She worked as a desk clerk at the Best Western in Pickerington.
She is survived by her son Randall “RJ” Renko of Lancaster; parents Tom and Pamela Renko of Lancaster; grandmothers, Kathleen Renko and Martha Carroll both of Lancaster, aunts and uncles, Nancy Spires of Clarksburg, WV, Mark (Kim) Renko of Lancaster, Elaine (Chris) Byers of Carroll, Bruce (Marie) Renko of Lancaster, Richard (Marilyn) Renko of Terre Haute, IN; Marsha (Rich) Hastings of Kenton; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Laura Renko; grandfathers Rudy Renko and Bernard Carroll; and uncle Rodney Carroll.
A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Mary of the Assumption in Lancaster at 10:30AM on Monday October 10th, 2011 officiated by Father Thomas Kessler. Burial will follow Mass at Grandview Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to visit at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME on Sunday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8PM.
