Sally Elaine (Sutton) Dittoe

Sally Elaine Dittoe 81 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Perry County Medical Center, Somerset, Ohio.

She was a retired special education teacher with the Lancaster City School District with 38 years of service.  She was a member of the St. Peters by the Sea Episcopal Church in Swansboro, NC and liked to sew, quilt and was an avid reader.

Sally is survived by her daughter Cally (Richard) Dickson of New Lexington, Ohio; child Chris (Patti) Dittoe of Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Darl Dittoe; several nieces, nephews and a family friend Kevin Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Carl Leroy Dittoe, parents Jay and Esther Sutton and a brother Tom Sutton.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.   Caring Cremation® is being handled by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, LANCASTER, OHIO.
