Ruth N. Black 85 of Lancaster, Ohio died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Fairfield Medical Center.
She was a member of the American Legion Post #11 Ladies Auxiliary and worked with Community Action.
She is survived by her son, Russell C. Mingus of Newark, Ohio; granddaughters, Russetta Mingus of Peebles, Ohio and Mary O. (Chris) Courtes of Oregon. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles Black and sister-in-law, Olga Black.
