Russell R. Runyon, 77, of Baltimore, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012.

Russell worked for over 36 years for Owens-Illinois and also enjoyed working as a security guard for Columbus Auto Auction. Russell loved traveling, boating, fishing, and loved cars. He also loved his pets and animals in general.

Russell is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carrie Runyon; daughter, Dianna Runyon; many nieces and nephews; and brother, John R. Runyon.

Funeral service for Russell will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Baltimore with Pastor William Lavely officiating. Burial will follow in Basil Memorial Cemetery, Baltimore. Family and friends may visit from 3-6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
