Rosalee Lacey

Rosalee Mettler Lacey 82 of Lancaster, Ohio passed away Sunday, august 27, 2017 at Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She retired from Essex Wire and was a member Bible Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons, Richard Lynn (Diane) Lacey of Thornville, Ohio and Robert Stuart Lacey of Columbus, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Johnathan, Jack, Derrick, Dustin, Dustin Pinwell, Richard II and Wynonna; 10 great grandchildren, Safia, Derrick, Hayden, James, Athena, Aries, Star, Bryden, cage and Kaiden; friend and care giver, Mark Perry of Lancaster, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis John “Jack” Lacey, Son, Sargent Jack Lacey, Jr., grandson, Josh, parents, Thomas and Nellie Mettler, four sisters and a brother.

Caring Cremation® will take place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. COLUMNBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Bible Baptist Church, 1395 Duffy Rd SE, Lancaster, Ohio 43130 with Pastor Roy Maple officiating. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
