Rosa "Mae" Paulsen, age 84 of Baltimore, passed away at the Pickering House December 2nd, 2012. She was born on February, 4th, 1928 to her parents, Clara Bell Potts and William Franklin Cox in Ashland, KY. She loved crocheting, had 2 restaurants in CA, and retired in 1979, yet still had a pretzel hut at the Bremen Farmer's Market. She was loved very much by her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia K. Smith and Barbara A. Baker both of Baltimore; grandchildren, Patrick (Ann) Pearson of CA, Deanna (Gary) Yost of Thurston, Debra M. (Buddy) Long of Lancaster, Vicki A. (Edward II) Montgomery of Lancaster; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild expected; brother, William F. Cox Jr. of Lancaster; sister, Elizabeth Kelly of NC; Delany Huberly of CA, and Betty Jo Cox.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Paulsen, parents, sisters, Sophia Hutchinson and Juda Savage; and brother, Robert Cox.
Family and friends may call at the Johnson-Smith Funeral Home in Baltimore, from 5 until 7PM on Wednesday. Caring Cremation will follow.
