Roger Rex

Roger William Rex, 68, of Lancaster, passed away at home on January 6, 2015. He was born on April 3, 1946 in Jackson, Michigan. He was a loving father and grandfather, and he enjoyed fast cars and karaoke. He was an amazing sales executive and was highly regarded by his colleagues and friends.

Roger is survived by his children, Julia Hayes (Ernie Grandominico) and William (Patricia) Rex; grandchildren, Matthew, Ariana, and Maria Hayes and Brandon, Jessica, and Sequoyah Rex.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ireene Rex; and wife, Maria Ann Rex.

The funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 3 p.m. at the Frank E. Smith Funeral home located at 405 N. Columbus St. in Lancaster with Pastor Mel Truex officiating. Caring Cremation© will take place following the service.
