R. Marjorie (Miller) Moore

R. Marjorie Moore, age 91 of Lancaster, went to be with her Lord on June 2, 2021.  She was born to the late Samuel R. and Helen Schwalbaugh Miller on Jan, 29, 1930.  She is a past member of the 1st Church of Nazarene and currently attends Faith Memorial Church.  She was an elementary teacher for 30 plus years mainly at Cedar Heights. She was very active in her church groups being a Sunday school teacher, secretary, and always helping with crafts.  She loved spending time with her family and her amazing personality will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Lynne Ellen Moore (Rev. Edwin Jr.) Wittung; grandchildren, Edwin Philip Wittung III and Juan Marcos Wittung; siblings, Donna Helmstetler, David Miller, and Lois Hennosy; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Fern Stalder Grimm; sister-in-law, Dixie Miller; and brother-in-law, Jay Helmstetler .

Calling hours will take place on Monday from 2PM until 4PM and 6PM until 8PM at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home.  A private family service will take place followed by Caring Cremation ™ with burial of her cremains at Green Summit Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Pregnancy Decision Health Center, 1590 E.
