Richard "Rick" Shugg

Richard “Rick” Shugg, 61, passed away on September 14, 2020. He was born to Carole and the late Ralph Shugg on December 15, 1958 in Charleston, WV.

Rick is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pam Shugg; children, Joshua (Kacey) Shugg, and Chastity Shugg; grandchildren, Kelsey, Kaitlin, and Audrey;  mother, siblings, Susie and Debbie; sister-in-law, Kathy (Robert) Brand and their grandson, J.D.; friends, Connie and Bill, Linda and Jim, and Lou Ann and Lonnie; and cat, Jinx.

Rick was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Shugg.

He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Private burial will take place at Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
