Richard Clemons

Richard “Rick” Clemons, 61, of Lancaster, passed away at his home on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Rick served in the U.S. Army and was a former member of AMVETS and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Rick is survived by his sons, Richard Allen Clemons II and Matthew Thomas Clemons; mother, Phyllis Sealey; brothers, Randall (Becky) Miller and Clifford (Sondra) Miller; sisters, Ronda Fahrer and Valerie (Tony) England; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM Monday at the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. Caring Cremation will follow and burial will take place at a later date in Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster.
