Randy L. Norris, 53, of Lancaster died on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at his home with his family by his side.
Randy was a 1977 graduate of Lancaster High School. He was very active in sports, enjoyed playing drums in a band, and he was a great artist with a very creative mind. Randy will be best remembered for his sense of humor and very quick wit. He will be loved and missed by many.
Randy is survived by his mother, Sharon Budd of Lancaster; father, Gary (Anna) Norris of Lancaster; children, Michelle Holt of Lancaster and William Norris of California; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Kyle Norris of Lancaster, Kelly (Penni) Norris of Lancaster, and Todd (Jan) Norris of Florida; sister, Abby Williams; 3 nieces; and step-brothers, Charles, Steve, James, and Shawn Budd.
Randy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Elizabeth Hansley and Eloise and Abby Norris; and step-father, James Budd.
Caring Cremation has taken place with the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Lancaster. A Celebration of Randys life will be announced at a later date.
A special thank you to John Mathias for his many years of care-giving and thank you to the private duty nursing staff for all of their help.
