Randy Lee Evans

Randy Lee Evans, 66, passed away on November 29, 2023. He was born to the late Othel and Freda Evans on June 10, 1957 in Chillicothe, OH.

Randy was a registered nurse who worked for many years at Fairfield Medical Center. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially to fish and hunt. He, along with his wife, adored their four legged baby, Charlie.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Evans; children, Joe (Ashley) Evans, Jennifer Evans, Erik "EJ" (Kayla) Evans; and Erika (Dawson) Evans; grandchildren, Alex, Cayden, Caleb, Elijah, TJ, Leighton, Bentley, Zaiden, Ronin, and Miles; siblings, Terry (Mercy) Evans, and Henry (Tesna) Evans; step-son, Craig; and daughter-in-law, Dawn.

He is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Serenity Ann Evans; siblings, Kenneth Evans, Ricky Evans, Sandy Evans, and Teddy Evans; and parents.

A funeral service followed by Caring Cremation® will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 4 PM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 405 N Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may visit from 2 PM until the time of the service.
