Ralph Hennis

Ralph C. Hennis, 67, of Galloway, Ohio, passed away January 11, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. He was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather. Ralph was a graduate of Lancaster High School, class of 1965. He was employed for 25 years with C.O.W. Inc.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 11 years, Carolyn E. (Pennington) Hennis; children, Doug (Becky) Hennis, of Lancaster, OH, Gary (Amber) Hennis, of Lithopolis, OH, Francelena (Todd) Hennis, of Lakewood, CO, Richard (Theresa) Rapier, of Columbus, OH, Scott (Sherrie) Rapier, Columbus, OH; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; sister, Sharon (Allen) Miller, of Lancaster, OH; aunt, Jean Williams, of Lancaster, OH.; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, David and Peggy (Wildman) Hennis; brother, Rickey Hennis; and grandmother, Opal Wildman.

The funeral Service will take place on Thursday January 15, 2015 at 1 p.m. at the Frank E. Smith Funeral Home located at 405 N. Columbus St. in Lancaster with Pastor Greg Voight officiating. Burial will follow the service at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Calling will be held at the funeral home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday and on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
