Phyllis (Wagner) Frazier

Phyllis A. Frazier, 80, of Carroll, passed away on September 22, 2019. She was born in Columbus to the late Arthur and Helen Wagner on August 7, 1939.

During her life, Phyllis discovered a passion for crotchet, needle point, and ceramics.

Phyllis is survived by her sons, Michael Frazier and Tim Ailes; daughter, Karen DeLong; grandchildren, Ryan Ayers, Kyle Delong, Patrick Frazier, and Tyler Frazier; great grandchildren, Cee Jay DeLong, Jaeden DeLong, Jareth DeLong, and Eliza DeLong; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. Frazier; and her parents.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Mel Truex, will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 1 PM in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster, OH 43130. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service.

Caring Cremation has taken place through the Frank E. Smith Funeral home, and burial will take place at a later date at Tarlton Cemetery.
