Peggy Jo (Carr) Dalton

Peggy Jo Dalton, of Logan, OH, passed away peacefully at home on October 12, 2021 with her husband and daughter by her side. She was born April 13, 1956 to G.E. “Doug” Carr and Shirley Joan Carr.

Peggy was a 1974 graduate of Logan High School and a 1976 graduate of Hocking College. She retired from Hocking Valley Community Hospital after 30 years of service, mostly spent managing the Medical Records Department, but later the Medical Arts Building.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, pontooning on the lake, and anything that involved her beloved grandkids.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Thomas L. Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Lindsey and Andy Perry of Logan; grandchildren, Drew and Brooke, who were her greatest joys in life.

She is also survived by her siblings, Vickie White of Logan, George (Debbie) Carr of Canal Winchester, and Doug (Kristen) Carr of Logan; and many special nieces and nephews, and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother-in-law, Robert White.

Caring Cremation has taken place with the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY. No services are scheduled at this time.
