Peggy Ann (Ream) Roberts

Peggy Ann Roberts 91 of Sugar Grove, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Altercare of Thornville.

She was a graduate of Berne Union High School and a member of the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church along with being active in the women’s organizations of the church.  She also belonged to the Sugar Grove Senior Citizens.

Peggy is survived by daughter, Molly (Al) Beatty of Indiana; son, Lonnie (Karen) Roberts of Sugar Grove, Ohio; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brother, Larry (Sheila) Ream of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Becky (Bruce) Raybourne of Lancaster, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Roberts of 71 years who passed away on October 16, 2022, son, Matthew Roberts and parents, Howard and Gladys Ream.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. in the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 405 N. COLUMBUS ST., LANCASTER, OHIO 43130 with Rev. Tony Hudson officiating.  Burial will follow in Stukey Cemetery. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday.
